Destination Lectures at Sea
Over 100 cruises, 7 continents, countless "wow" moments!
From the icy silence of Antarctica, where penguins curiously waddle up to the Zodiac, to the floating markets of Bangkok, where the scent of lemongrass fills the air – I've been there.
I have spoken in front of up to 2,000 people in packed theaters about the hidden temples of Angkor Wat, while outside the setting sun bathed Cambodia in gold. In Sydney, I explained why locals call the Harbour Bridge the "Coathanger," and in Cape Town, how Nelson Mandela never gave up hope over 27 years.
Every lecture is like a brief journey through time:
- We step into the sandals of a Roman legionnaire in Ephesus
- We listen to the rhythm of Maori drums in New Zealand
- We stand in awe before the Moai statues of Easter Island, wondering how people carved and erected them 800 years ago
